Они были первыми. Тогда сам факт существования вегетарианского кафе в Москве был выдающимся. Но сейчас так нельзя: наготовливать салаты впрок и держать их в холодильнике, иметь нелепые блюда в меню как будто придуманные дома по приколу, продавать вчерашнее, произвольно менять остроту блюд и т.д.

Fantastic vegan/vegetarian cafe. Clean. Super Friendly. The staff speak English and are really helpful. Plenty of salads/curries/plant based dishes to choose from and all are super delicious.

Vegetarian cafe chain, mostly Indian-inspired. Over half the food was vegan when we visited and very clearly labelled (green label is vegan, orange is vegetarian). Staff were very helpful. Has dozens of items that you pick and choose from at the counter, such as breads, sandwiches, samosas/patties/pakoras, tofu skewers, some stews and curries, salad bar, rice dishes. And also a cake stand with quite a few vegan options. Reasonably priced too, we got more than enough food for two people for 960 roubles (£12/€14/$15)
