We had the falafel in flatbread and the burrito with salad on the side. All the food was incredibly delicious and the juices and hot chocolate too. Definitely worth a visit.

Stopped at Jack the Falafel for some desserts for our trip home and was so surprised at how good they were!

Way better than I expected! - Edit
Ngl when I looked at the menu online, I thought it was a bit basic. "I make good curries at home, and I'm not fussed about falafel," was what came into mind. I was wrong!
Read moreThe warming, homely jackfruit curry was perfect especially as it was raining outside. The flavours were spot on and the portion was sizable. Staff were super friendly too and the atmosphere was warm and casual.
Will be back if I'm ever in the area!

Delicious and creative - Edit
On a trip to Bristol, I tried a few vegan places, but Jack the Falafel was the very best. And the name does not do justice to a menu that is varied.
Read moreThe top notch dishes (I had chickpea curry, my friend had a full breakfast) are creatively presented, their homemade contents a little bit different to standard vegan fayre, and they are plentiful enough to be wholly satisfying. The surroundings too, are well designed and welcoming.
Definitely, definitely recommend.

Intrigued by the name, we called in whilst passing through Bristol.
Read moreFriendly staff, cosy cafe, and superb food. We had falafel as a starter and jackfruit burrito for main. They were both really tasty and delicious, and great portions, so I was only just able to squeeze in a luscious baklava (well, you have to try!)
If you're in this part of the world, pop in and be well fed!
Pros: Great food, Good prices

As it says on the tin - A Falafel Fest - Edit
There are falafels and falafels and these were definitely some of the best Falafels that I have had in the U.K. Really well put together falafels that come with a range of accompaniments. But my highlight was actually the Mango Chai, first time I have had one and it was fantastic. A great cake to finish off as well. Nice couple running the place and quick service. Has a little deli area and random other bits and pieces for sale. Very enjoyable.

Falafel could be improved upon - Edit
The falafel wrap was packed full of veggies. However, none of them seemed to compliment each other. The actual falafel was rather dry. With a few improvements, this could be a fantastic place.

small, independent, vegan cafe/restaurant with small but brilliantly crafted menu - Edit
Certainly one of my favourite eating places in the uk. Super helpful owner, choice of three or four main dishes which you can sample before ordering. Well balanced, unpretentious and totally delicious food. Choices include falafel (cooked when ordered), jack fruit curry, chick pea curry, all served with equally delicious salads and rice. She also has fruit juices - made on the day - a selection of vegan cakes, teas and coffee.

Cons: none
