A fully vegan food truck created & operated by vegans Chef T and Just Ryan. Usually located at Forest Plaza, Rockford Downtown City Market (Fridays), the Nicholas Conservatory (Tuesdays), and other locations. Keep an eye on their Facebook for current locations. They are planning on opening a physical location in the future. Entrees available are a black bean burger, cauliflower wings, birria tacos, jack meat chi'ckin sandwich and pulled jack meat bbq sandwich. Also has sides of jerk fried rice & waffle fries in addition to juices and water.

Discovery worth making! Affordable as well. - Edit
I just arrived in town and needed to find vegan fair in Rockford. This week's menu is Soul Food and it hit the spot! Tyrell, owner, is a really nice guy as well. The only thing he could use is a bigger food truck and that didn't stop him from killing it with my lunch which was the pulled vegan pork sanwich and bbq califlower wings. Plus I grabbed the vegan meatloaf meal to save for dinner tonight.

Creative and delicious - Edit
I have eaten Jack it up Vegan twice. Both times it was really delicious. I could eat their Mac & cheese side every single day. In fact it is so good my meat eating husband would eat it all if I let him! He says it’s hard to believe it’s vegan!!

THE BEST VEGAN FOOD OUT THERE - Edit
The birria tacos are absolutely amazing!!!! They taste so good, very juicy and flavorful. It’s hard to even believe it’s vegan. The rice is also really good and goes well with the tacos! Please give them a try, will definitely be going back for more. Please look on Facebook to find out when they will be out! They also do delivery and catering. Waited a while for the food but it was worth it!!!

The tacos and rice are amazing! The dish was pretty greasy but what do expect from birria tacos? Would recommend to anymore.
