Tasty food and fresh place to relax - Edit
There are plenty of options with the label VG(vegan). The food was fresh and tasty and the green tea (Thai) is the greenest tea I have ever seen. No sweetener but sweet nonetheless.

Cool spot away from the heat - Edit
Nice cafe in Battambang with many clearly marked vegan items. We had the Bahn mi tofu sandwiches. They are very spicy, so be warned! The sandwiches were very flavorful but the sauce is messy.😄

Lovely social enterprise. - Edit
A more luxury experience, a wonderful social enterprise to support. There are vegan or gluten-free options but not a lot that are a combination. The staff helped me navigate the menu to find an option that was suitable for me. Highly recommend.

Very tasty - Edit
Our food was delicious and even the small plates filled our bellies. Quiet atmosphere, surely not many locals go there (and that’s a down as there’s only tourists inside) but still worth a dinner.

Really nice food and service - Edit
The vegan curry was very good as was their ketchup for the fries. A nice place to get vegan food in Battambang. We even order a takeaway at the same time. A bonus that they take card payments which can be tricky here.

Nice place but no vegan options! - Edit
Really nice atmosphere, however there wasn't one vegan option and when I showed this website she said they have not got this menu anymore.

Great food, great cause - Edit
Vegan friendly restaurant and attentive staff and a nice atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good. We got a main and two appetisers. When we ordered food another time, they had ran out of tofu, severely limiting options available. I wouldn’t recommend the pana cotta- it was tiny and hard.

Food was fine - Edit
Had the bhan mi which was pretty good, but expensive. Also had the bao buns which came covered in ants, and when we asked for new ones they bought out the same ones on a different plate. When we got them, they were so peppery they were almost inedible. The service also wasn’t great - the staff all just stared at us while we ate which made for a really odd atmosphere. Overall I wouldn’t come back and definitely wouldn’t recommend

Lovely dinner - Edit
My partner and I, had an amazing experience walking the streets and coming across this little gem of a restaurant. We had dinner and it consisted of mushroom and eggplant dumplings, corn fritters and the brown rice with tofu. Complimented with a virgin lychee martini and a Battambang orange and pineapple juice. Everything was amazing and as a sharing experience we both walked out satisfied with the yummy flavours and portions. The staff were amazing!

Lovely restaurant with great vegan options, including dessert. Friendly staff. - Edit
We had a lovely dinner at JB where we shared the vegan small plates (baos, dim sums, fritters filled with various veggies). Although we were quite full we ordered and finished our desserts that were also very tasty (seasonal fruits, coconut panna cotta and sorbet). The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the hip atmosphere). I wish I had tried the cocktails too!

Great restaurant - Edit
This restaurant in the centre of Battambang is a great place to have dinner. I was happy to be able to try a vegan amok curry and thus have a somewhat traditional Khmer dish. Moreover, the restaurant is affiliated with the Cambodian Children‘s Trust.
Read moreIt clearly is a popular restaurant because became absolutely packed during my visit, mostly with expats working in Battambang.
Service was friendly and the food was good, too. Amok curry - and Khmer dishes in general, as I found out - are not my favourite, but that‘s not the restaurant‘s fault. The meal was done well and I also enjoyed the tea.

Excellent vegan options - Edit
The menu has clearly marked vegan options with small plates and main dishes. We shared mushroom bao, sweet corn fritters and eggplant mushroom dumplings. All very good, each with differing dipping sauces. The staff were very friendly and this remains one of our ‘go to’ options in Battambang.

Great! - Edit
Many years ago, my friend worked for the NGO that set up this place. Came for a visit back when there was almost nowhere else 'Western'-friendly to eat in Battambang and loved it. Am happy to say the food, drinks, and service are all great many years later. Ate the tofu with peas and had a mango coconut daiquiri - both great. Prices a bit steep compared to elsewhere in the town, but it's an enterprise worth supporting.

Very modern place and food, which we liked. On the menu it is very clear which food is vegetarian. Also watch out these ones who have a 'h' for hot.

Very good - Edit
The food here was very good. They were able to adapt the set menu to be vegan - $18.50 (USD) each for 5 dishes plus dessert, coffee and a glass of wine. It was a lot of food so order a la carte if you didn’t bring your appetite. The food was all very fresh, they choose the best seasonal produce from the market every day. It was also a nice variation on vegan food, a little bit different from the usual options. Staff were really lovey and spoke good English. I really love the environmental and social considerations of this place too - free water refills to discourage the use of plastic water bottles and a great training ground for young new chefs and hospitality staff.
