Don’t sleep on this spot - Edit
I’d give this 5 stars if happycow would let me. I wasn’t expecting much since it’s located in such a touristy area but I’ve gone back multiple times in 4 days. It has an extensive vegan menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, amazing açaí bowls and a variety of coffee/tea drinks and smoothies. The portions are huge and well priced, the ingredients are fresh and the staff are friendly!

Order ahead to skip the long line - Edit
I ate breakfast here twice while visiting Honolulu, and I’m still day dreaming about their lavender latte and Moana Bowl now that I’m home. The orchid on the bowls is a nice touch. I was surprised by the line, but on my second visit, I ordered take-out. It was ready and waiting for my by the time I walked over from my hotel at the Hilton.

Their vegan options are amazing! - Edit
I love Island Vintage 🤍 and would go whenever I happened to be in Waikiki around the morning times. My boyfriend and I always share the vegan egg scramble because the portions are HUGE but it works out perfectly for us. 💁🏻♀️ Their food is so carefully crafted and the flavors are awesome. I also love their Maui Lavender Latte and I’ve heard their açai bowls are divine. Being in Waikiki, it’s pretty pricey but seems to be worth it since you get a lot of food.
Read moreThe biggest downside is the place gets ✨extra✨ busy at certain times with the line wrapping around the corner, and it being hard to find a table sometimes. I’d suggest getting there before 10am if possible cuz there’s nothing worse than being hangry in the morn & having to wait forever 😅

Great Vegan Menu - Edit
Amazing vegan options, like bibimbop, that are unique and really good. The B.A.L.T. is comfort food but so tasty. A real find! However, it's a little on the pricey side and the wait is long.

Good spot on in the heart of tourist town - Edit
This is a great location, very central to all the major players.
Read moreFantastic range of options available, breakfast lunch or dinner.
Very clearly marked Gf options on a specific menu that tells you how to order each dish as GF. Seperate Plant Based menu with clear vegan options and staff very friendly. As usual, a bit greasy for me being a no oil advocate but look, a good size portion and very tasty.
We had the Kakiage Tofu Poke, Vegan Quinoa Bowl and the Vegan Curried Quinoa Plate (we think). All were very good, the Kakiage Tofue Poke was probably the most impressive and tastiest but greasy.
Pros: Great range, Clearly marked menus, Friendly staff
Cons: Very busy morning, noon and night, Prepare to queue, Getting a table can be a challenge

Great vegan brekkie burger, lots of options - Edit
Busy place with a full separate plant based menu available, several sweet and savoury vegan options. The brekkie burger was delicious with tempeh bacon, vegan egg and lots of salad and pickles, lots of flavours and strong smokey bacon. Cinnamon spiced latte was also nice.

Good vegan options, need to fix their online ordering system - Edit
Omni menu with lots of great vegan options. I got the B.A.L.T. with fries and it was good, and a large portion. A bit on the expensive side but due to location and rising costs in general it makes sense, I got two meals out of it anyway so it was worth it. The only thing that could improve would be if the online ordering system was fixed. I tried on two separate occasions and it wasn't working, would save a lot of time and crowding inside for people waiting for their orders.

Ordered a matcha latte and original acai bowl. Matcha latte was too sweet and there were blobs of matcha powder clutching to the bottom for their dear lives. Acai bowl was… ok, it’s a acai bowl after all.

Best Vegan on the beach - Edit
Walking past this place, you wouldn't think it served up some of the best vegan in Waikiki. But it is true. The vegan breakfast plate is amazing. It is enough to feed two. We also have tried the vegan french toast and the vegan bibimbap. The pitaya smoothie is also excellent if you like fresh lilikoi.

Yummy and plentiful! - Edit
So many vegan options that it was tough to decide! I ended up getting the vegan breakfast platter. At $16.95 it was a bargain! Tofu scramble with veggies, tempeh bacon, cranberry toast with jam and macadamia nut butter, plus a fresh salad with avocado and tomato. I brought enough back to the hotel got breakfast tomorrow!

The line was about 45 minutes long - but there was a pot of gold at the end. I got a vegan breakfast platter and it was all delicious. It came with a scramble, mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes, salad, and two slices of bread. It's expensive but the price is worth it.

The best vegan breakfast you will have anywhere! - Edit
This place is super busy and with good reason. The coffee is amazing and the food is fantastic! My vegan platter consisted of tofu scramble, fried shrooms, sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, tempeh bacon, two slices of homemade fresh bread, vegan garlic aioli, blueberry jam, cashew hummus spread, and potato chips. Sooo much deliciousness and I'm still stuffed. We waited a long time but it was totally worth it. My wife had a similar platter but hers had just egg omelette and potatoes instead of tofu scramble and shrooms.
