Read moreThe Squash Pizza with vegan cheese was excellent, it had a thin layer of squash paste topped with nice balsamic and mild chili oil. The veggie pizza(w/ vegan cheese again) was good as well, loaded with broccoli, cauliflower, olives and carrots. It was served on paper, no plates - fun way to eat the pizza. We also had the only vegan dessert option on the menu, Apple Crumble which was served on a plate, and was just okay. The apples were too mushy and it was heavy on the butter.

The BEST lasagna I’ve ever had!! - Edit
This place is too cute. We went in before the dinner rush. The lady there (must be an owner?) was super helpful and kind. Her daughter is vegan so she tries to have many vegan options on the menu, as well as gf options. The menu did not disappoint! Everything is labeled well, and if they aren’t busy they can make alterations to otherwise non-vegan dishes like the bruschetta. The focaccia is vegan too!
Read moreThey really care about quality here. She brought out my mom’s glass of wine and went back immediately because the glass wasn’t spotless. Then she didn’t want to sell us the focaccia since it wasn’t fresh. However, she did bring it to us toasted with some oil, and it tasted just fine!
The LASAGNA. Oh my. This is some real good authentic tasting lasagna. Crispy edges, thick layer of ricotta, rich tomato, veg mozzarella piled on top. And it’s 100% homemade. The ricotta is made from sunflower seeds. I am from Monroe, where we have Jeno’s (authentic NOT vegan friendly Italian food.) Before I was vegan that place had the best Italian food around. This vegan lasagna reminded me exactly of Jeno’s. You just must go here when on the island.

Very Accommodating - Edit
Wife & Husband running Island Pizza. Very Accommodating in putting together a Gluten free, veggie pizza without dairy. Definitely will be back when on Orcas Island.

Call ahead to ask about vegan specials - Edit
It's a small pizza shop, so best to call ahead for vegan options to ensure availability. They made a special vegan carbonara pasta, not on the menu, after calling ahead. The owner's daughter is vegan, but minimal influence on current menu selections, so far! Hoping someday they will offer a veggie lovers pizza, if gently encouraged.
