These Noodles were SOBA Good - Edit
We were so excited to find vegan food at the Mothman Festival in West Virginia. The Island Noodles food truck is wok fired soba noodles with two options chicken and vegan, $8.00. This was enough to fill up two people. This was a delicious, quick meal with lots of veggies. The take out boxes were compostable. If you are going to a festival, check and see if Island Noodles is there.

Yummy Vegan Soba - Edit
I was at the Arizona Aloha Festival this past weekend and honestly had no hope of finding anything vegan to eat. I walked pass Island Noodles, saw (vegan) and was so exited! I got the Noodles, which are Soba noodles with veggies. The flavor was excellent and the portion was large and filling. The noodles and veggies are each cooked in their own dedicated wok. Island Noodles was a life saver for this vegan festival goer!
