ASK FOR THE ‘HEALTHY’ MENU!!! - Edit
My husband and I went here while staying at the hotel. We struggled with the menu at first before finally settling on something and it was only after we had placed our order that we realised (via happy cow) that there was a seperate vegetarian/vegan menu. We asked to look at it and were able to change our order. It’s called the Healthy menu and I recommend asking for it straight away as they don’t hand it out with their ‘normal’ menu. The food we ordered was vegan and incredibly nice. I also had some delicious cocktails from their extensive cocktail menu, notably the buriram one. The staff and service was incredibly professional. I would rate this place 5 star but am unable due to app restrictions. I will definately go back next time in Doha.

A lot of vegan options for a non-vegan restaurant - Edit
We decided to try Isaan and were not disappointed with the food. They have a separate healthy/vegan menu, so make sure you ask for it. The sticky rice with mango (dessert) is not in this menu, but it's vegan. It's one of my favorite desserts and theirs tasted even better because it had a bit of crunch. We just thought it was ridiculous to charge QR40 for a 1.5L bottle of still water. Apart from that, the price is the same as in most restaurants in The Pearl area. They serve alcoholic beverages, but we didn't have any.
