Limited vegan options - Edit
The coffee is the best thing here, as they have several vegan milk options. However, there is no option for vegan cream cheese for bagels. In fact, there is usually only one vegan option in the entire pastry case. They do have a hummus sandwich which is good, but their “vegan sausage patty” is tiny and not very tasty.

The way they make their oat milk foamy is amazing. They use Sister's coffee, which is a delicious roaster in Sisters. They also have great veggie sandwiches and a good mission of helping people

Ask for no egg to make it vegan, but they have vegan sausage and vegan cheese! I also got arugula and avocado on mine and it was delicious! If I’m ever in the area for breakfast again I will stop in.

Delicious drinks, tasty food - Edit
Isaac’s is a go-to for my family after a busy morning or when we happen to be downtown. The coffee here is great. The food is delicous. I usually get Fruit and Nut oatmeal, with a side of oatmilk. My family loves it here too, however they are not vegan. I hear the breakfast sandwhiches are also great! Isaac’s serves sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, quiche, oatmeal/parfait, wine, and desserts/pastries. The one thing that is not the best here is when they get busy, it can take a while to get your food. There are several places to sit if you are dining in: tables, the bars, couch, booths, or outside. Overall a really great cafe.
