Fermented Tea Salad

I’ll admit I overlooked this spot several times in favor of Waba Grill and Nice Burger which are in the same parking lot. One fateful day Nice Burger was closed and I decided to give this a try and truly felt like I had been missing out. All the appetizers are vegan, and the paratha is a must. I was also convinced to try the tea leaf salad and honestly it was the best thing I had that day and I am still thinking about 2 weeks later. My friend and I shared some fried rice which had a simple flavor but a wonderful flame pan fry to it; and also the veggie stew, which was our least favorite and mildly flavored. We finished our meal with the coconut jelly desert. I’m itching to find an excuse to go back. As we paid the waitress did mention all the noodle dishes could be made vegan—only the unmodified dishes are menu marked so this opens up a lot more options to enjoy!

Pros: Tasty, Many options, Clearly marked vegan menu
