Not able to order - Edit
Shame I did not get to try the vegan fish meal, have been looking forward to it since 3 days. Tonight is my final night in the area and being vegan there is not much around so would've been a treat.
Read moreI called at 19.15 and asked if I could place an order to pick up in half an hour. I was then asked : half an hour? I said yes. Then I was told something was wrong with the gas and no orders were possible. Not sure if this was true, seems a bit odd that info wasn't shared immediately but instead it was asked first what time I would pick it up. Maybe they didn't feel like keeping the place open until 19.45....( while they are supposed to be open until 8pm)
Guess I will be cooking tonight instead.

Great vegan chicken options - Edit
Did not like the banana blossom fish but loved the nuggets, goujons and chicken burger options! Chips were nice too and price was reasonable

Great vegan options! - Edit
This place has so many vegan options!
Read moreWe got the vegan sharing box which had SO MUCH food, everything was awesome.
The curry sauce and coleslaw were incredible, I would go again just for those.
Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back.
I saw an earlier review that they were using plastic forks, this has now changed and they give you wooden utensils. The sauce tubs are still polystyrene however!
Pros: Loads of options , Nice, knowledgeable staff
Cons: Polystyrene sauce tubs

Vegan options Chippy - Edit
Vegan battered sausage! That could be the whole review, to be honest, and it would still be outstanding. There was so much more though. We had the vegan sharing box and everything was top quality. The curry sauce was one of the best I've ever had. The range of vegan sauces was exceptional. If you're in the area, go here. It's brilliant 👍

A tasty vegan sharing box a minute walk from the beach - Edit
The app said it was closed but it was open and we are glad it was. The battered sausage was the highlight, we think it was a quorn sausage deep fried. The chicken was definitely a quorn filler deep fried, so all the burgers will be the same, we assume. We have no complaints

Cons: Unreliable opening times on the app

Really Good! - Edit
Its kind of rare to get chippys with decent vegan options, so im glad that there is more now! Infinity’s vegan options are delicious! highly recommend😄The only downside to it is that some of the packaging is plastic! they give you plastic forks, even if you dont ask for them, and wooden forks would definitely be an improvement. The dips come in styrofoam.

Chippy - Edit
A nice chipper that I'm thankful has gone out their way to provide a sizeable veggie menu which is unusual. It's a take out, but plenty of places to eat it nearby with a sea view, or even in your own car.
Read moreServed fast, tried the chip buttie, nuggets and cauliwings. All very good, cauliwings could be a bit smaller though to make them bite size, nuggets tasty and came with choice of sauce. Chips very crisp. Great.
No complaints in any dept and glad to see, especially as many chippers have traps for veggies such as using beef dripping to fry in, or have only one option and the like. Thanks guys!
UPDATE
Tried the halloumi - excellent. Real contrast to another chip shop in Portrush as this stuff is much less heavy or greasy. Served fast on a busy day.

Awful food - Edit
Awful customer service and the food was awful I would never go here again. The food was off and tasted very strange. Do not waste your money here. The people that work here are also very rude.

Wow - Edit
We had the special which isn't on the main menu and wow! It was basically traditional fish n chips (vegan). The fish was banana blossom. Served with chips, peas, tartare sauce and a garnish. A soft drink was included. We walked to the nearby park and ate on benches overlooking the sea. Fantastic. They offer many vegan options - chicken burger, spicy chicken burger, cauliflower bites, chip butty etc and I think a lot of their sides and sauces are vegan too. They even have a vegan sharing bucket. It was very tasty. I couldn't even finish it and I have a huge appetite. The staff were friendly. You can see into the kitchen. We heard other people getting vegan takeaways too. All made fresh to order. Quite a find.

lots of options - Edit
there were lots of vegan options which was really exciting as chip shops don’t usually have much selection for vegans, if any. there was a section on the menu with clearly marked vegan options, including a vegan chicken burger, vegan battered sausage, banana blossom fish fingers and cauliflower wings. i had the vegan burger and it was great. great views close to the chippy as well. overall good experience but staff could have been friendlier.

Drove to Portrush to experience some great vegan fast food and was sorely disappointed that despite being listed as open, even on their facebook page, they were in fact closed.
