So-So - Edit
Food is okay, I guess. Several options on the vegan menu contain egg. When I pointed this out, the server said, "Well, the owners don't really know what vegan means. We're working on it!" This didn't exactly inspire trust. I ordered anyway and the meal was edible, but bland. I hoped there were no animal products in it but couldn't be sure. Sadly, I won't be back.

Great vegan options in small town - Edit
Many vegan options to choose from. The vegan fried tofu rolls were great. I got the lemongrass tofu which was a huge portion and very tasty. We also got the edamame which was perfect.

Would Give Five Stars for Service and Options - Edit
HappyCow only allows five-star ratings for fully vegan or vegetarian restaurants, so the highest rating I was able to give here is four stars. But for the restaurant overall, I would give it five stars. The service at Indochine is the best in the area for sure. The food it tasty, and doesn't take long to get to your table. The restaurant strives to provide vegan and vegetarian options, but does have a couple of mistakes on its menu (e.g., vegan fried rice lists egg as an ingredient). The main server (who often very-effectively works the entire dining room all by herself, she's fantastic!) does seem to understand the difference though, and she will ask when you order the "vegan" fried rice if you want it with or without egg. Other servers, when they are present, may not understand the difference though, so be sure to be specific with your order.

Great Local Option - Edit
My review is also based on the fact that it can be very hard to find good vegetarian or vegan options in Sierra Vista so any effort, like Indochine clearly put sin, is greatly appreciated in this town! While as another guest noted some of the vegan items are mislabeled (look out for egg), the owner Tony will happily make sure any substitutions or requests are made. My favourite dishes are the vegan rolls and the lemongrass tofu but I’ve had almost all the dishes from the vegetarian/vegan section of the menu and they’re all worth trying! This restaurant is always one of the first to volunteer and donate in the community too so they get extra props for their service oriented approach to their business!

Vegan mislabeled - Edit
While it is commendable that this restaurant lists a vegan section on the menu, it is not accurate. Several dishes have eggs, either outright, or as egg noodles. Otherwise this restaurant is fine. However, any number of Chinese restaurants in the area offer as large a selection of vegan dishes. Try those too, even if they are not allowed to be listed on HappyCow.
