Vegan Options in Elegant Thai-Japanese Fusion Restaurant

Indie is known for its unique sushi, but also has an extensive menu of non-sushi dishes with many veg options. The inside of the restaurant is refined and elegant, but without overly exorbitant prices. I ordered the Agedashi Tofu appetizer and the Golden Triangle tofu appetizer, both of which were good. If you don't live in the Edgewater area, Indie may not be worth the trip just for the vegan menu items, but it would be a great place to visit with non-veg friends or family (especially sushi lovers) so everyone can find something on the menu.
