A Good Indian Restaurant in Frigate Bay

We at here twice during our stay on in Frigate Bay. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and you have the choice of sitting in a comfortable air conditioned room, or in a more 'open' part of the restaurant, that is enclosed but has large openings onto the outside.

The servers are knowledgeable, and understood what items on the menu were vegan. Both times, the servers went the extra mile and double checked with the chef that the ingredients were vegan, which was reassuring. It would be helpful if dishes that were vegan were marked with 'VE' on the menu, as the current menu isn't marked.

The onion bhaji's were pretty amazing - very different to what we usually have in the UK.

The food is cooked to order, and will be cooked according to how hot you'd like it. A tip is to ask for the food to be mild if you are used to medium spiced Indian food at home. We asked for medium the first night and the food was a tad too hot.

Pros: Great Onion Bhajis, Nice Air Con, Good Atmosphere

Good Indian food

This is the only restaurant I went to in St Kitts which actually marked on the menu which items were suitable for vegans so deserves kudos for that. Food was very nice too. Did the usual of ordering way too much but they boxed the rest up for us so had an Indian breakfast the next morning.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Tasty
