Serves meat, vegan options available. Indian food restaurant. Menu has a vegetarian section containing several vegan dishes. The wholemeal roti can be made vegan upon request.
There are four mains on the vegetarian menu which can be prepared Vegan:
Shabnam Curry
Tarka Dal
Channa Masala
Aloo Gobi
The wholemeal roti can also be made without butter.
On our visit we chose the Shabnam Curry & Aloo Gobi, which was accompanied by saffron rice; both were quite good. We also opted to have the wholemeal roti but it was a little on the dry side due to not having any added oil.
A couple of the entrées can also be made vegan although they will be sharing a deep fryer with the meatier entrées, making it less appealing.
If you are in Diamond Creek and craving Indian food, Indian Hub is worth a visit.
