Delicious! - Edit
So delicious! No matter what we've ordered, the food is delicious. The service is impeccable. We asked lots of questions and our servers were all very friendly. It's always kept very clean and food is out quicker than seems possible. It's a great place for veg-heads (like me!) and my family or friends who aren't as exclusively plant powered to dine out together.

Pros: Great vegan options! Flavorful and high quality
Cons: A little tricky to get into parking lot, as it's at a busy intersection, but it's worth it!

Before choosing a WFPB lifestyle, we have loved Indian Palace at their other metro locations.
Read moreNow that we're not eating meat/dairy, we're thrilled to Indian Palace as an option in Mankato.
They have a vegetarian menu selection that can be modified as vegan if you so choose.
We can attest that the Channa Masala and Bombay Alu are excellent dishes!
They are happy to make the naan without butter as well.
Pros: Fair amount of Veg options
Cons: Wish they had a buffet!

I am a regular at this restaurant it's my favorite to take family and friends too! It has delicious vegetarian dishes and it's great that it also has some yummy vegan options! The staff is always very nice and the establishment is always clean. This place is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and non-vegetarians. The portions are large and the price is totally reasonable/inexpensive. The food always tastes amazing. Even if you've never had Indian food I reccomend you check this place out! The staff are so nice and polite so don't be afraid to ask questions if you're unsure about something or the pronunciation of any of the dishes!

Mankato's Veggie/Vegan Haven! - Edit
The first two pages of the menu are vegetarian with several vegan options. There are also a few other vegetarian options in other parts of the menu.
