Great food! Especially for small town. - Edit
Inaka is a lovely variation in cuisine type in the San Benito County area. It is great to be able to get some good vegan food and more than most Japanese places offer. With this in mind, Inaka offers a reasonable selection of rolls and other dishes for vegans and vegetarians, with a specific section of the roll menu dedicated to vegetarians. There are also a couple of special rolls.
Read moreI always ask what is in the soup bases, but I have personally enjoyed the tofu vegetable sukiyaki alongside some rolls and appetizers.
I will gladly order again.
Parking is a pain. If it is busy, you may walk a block or two and there is limited or no mobility parking and access for such is cursory, to be honest.
Pros: Reasonable vegan offerings for a small town.
Cons: Disability access is poor.

Surprised to find this gem! - Edit
I’m one of those weirdos that loves natto and pickled plum. I was so happy to find a restaurant that serves both those things way out here. The food was neatly arranged and very attractive.
