Intimate, amazing experience - Edit
You must call ahead if you want anything other than drinks and sweets, but definitely worth it! Thick hot chocolate, good food and incredible family atmosphere. Hidden away gem that deserves a visit if you’re nearby!

The lovely cozy Japanese Kominka(old Japanese house) cafe near Tamagawa river run by friendly mother and daughter.

Pros: tasty food , nice atmosphere , friendly stuff
Cons: portion is small if you want to eat a lot , location is a bit inconvenient

I haven’t had a chance to actually go there yet, but I bought a bento of theirs at the Vege and Fork Market in Kawasaki. It was perhaps a little pricey at 1400 yen, but so, so good. The restaurant seems to run by two sisters, and they were so nice. I’ll update this review when I have a chance to actually visit their restaurant.
