No longer has vegan options as stated - Edit
Just regular veganised Italian dishes no different from others. Vegan filled pasta no longer available. They have lactose free cheese but of course this is not actually vegan.

Vegan Panciotto - Edit
Kind of a touristy spot, but fun for people watching and a beautiful view of the piazza. The vegan panciotto is the one standout item here — pockets of pasta filled with vegan ricotta makes a nice entree.

Amazing vegan ravioli - Edit
Stumbled upon this place in Monopoli and I was amazed by the Panciotto Vegano - vegan filled pasta in a fresh pesto sauce. Absolutely stunning dish, would recommend!
