Nice local version of chipoltle - Edit
This restaurant is very similar to chipotle, just local. The food is pretty good but the portion sizes aren't very big. The staff know what is vegan and what isn't so just be sure to ask.

Go-to for burrito and margs - Edit
The vegan burrito is really good, and the margs are some of the best I’ve had.

Standard hand held burritos - Edit
Its been awhile since I've been to this location, mostly go to pearl street. They offer the standard burrito or bowl. You could get potatoes as well. For a vegetable option only the fajita mix is vegan. I was told the Primavera vegetables were made with butter. I recommend getting a bowl because it is their custom to mix your burrito with a large spoon that they use with every type of burrito, so cross contamination with flesh and puss will happen!
Read morePros: Quick lunch option, line moves pretty fast.
Cons: What's up with the mixing spoon??!!
