They have one vegan options for every course. I enjoyed “verzotti” - cabbage roll filled with lentils- although I expected a bigger portion. Really good dessert

Read moreTook a trio side which was supposed to be smoked mashed potatoes, baked pumpkin and mushrooms - pretty expensive for what it was, and the potatoes weren’t smoked (which is what attracted me to that in the first place). When I told the waitress she was dismissive, saying something like “yea, who knows how they did it this time”.

The restaurant looked good on paper, as there are vegan options with clear marks besides options for non-vegans. My carnist friends enjoyed their food, but the vegan menu was both tasteless and boring. The vegan 3-course menu looked great but disappointed 3 times. It started with a "tasting" of cheap and tasteless vegan "meat" products. My vegetarian friend's vegan platter looked much better but was also incredibly boring. Then, my menu consisted of two items with the exact same pumpkin sauce, which was also quite tasteless. The cabbage rolls were so tough to chew that I had to leave one. I would not recommend this restaurant to vegans. Other than that, the restaurant had a luxuous vibe and it was situated in a central but quiet street in Pisa. For non-vegans, the restaurant may be above average.

This place has a vegan tasting menu and a mixed grill vegan . The food that came out was terrible and included a shop brought vegetarian sausage cut in half with sweet chilli sauce, this was 15 euros. The tasting plate had apples with cinnamon and some tvp dry meatballs The vegetables were under cooked and other parts were burnt. The meat dishes that other patrons had looked amazing. This is clearly a restaurant that is great for meat and seafood. Any vegan would be better off getting a pizza without the cheese or a spaghetti with a tomato sauce anywhere else in Pisa.

Ho preso della verdura con "uvetta" (inesistente) e un primo: orecchiette con crema di zucca, pepe rosa e zenzero. Immangiabile. Mi dispiace dover lasciare una recensione così negativa ma vi sconsiglio questo posto

Ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative e, pur essendo un locale non completamente vegano, ho apprezzato che ci fossero opzioni vegane dall'antipasto al dolce. Piatti gustosi e non scontati (a volte non si riesce a uscire dalla proposta di burger e polpette e invece qui c'è una maggiore ricerca).

I enjoyed the dinner, which for me was cabbage wraps and a savoury muffin with mushrooms. They did not mention any vegan dessert, but I did not ask esplicitly.
