We ordered what we thought was a vegan pizza (we read the menu too quick) but it was actually a lasagne, and it was sooo good. I don’t know when I last had lasagne at a restaurant and I was so happy.

Best GF and vegan pizza - Edit
We were warmly greeted both when we booked during the day as we walked by, and when we had dinner. They make their own dough and my wife who is gluten free says that it was the best gluten-free pizza she's ever had anywhere. They don't guarantee for celiacs, but fortunately she is not that. They use good quality vegan cheese also. The service was great. Highly recommend.

We had the margarita vgo, garlic bread pizza vg and Nutella calzone vgo. They all tasted so good. The calzone is actually made with natvia and you just take the ice cream off. The vegan cheese is incredibly convincing. The people who work there are lovely but they wouldn't tell me what cheese they used, just that it was soy based.

Great quality pizzas and a wine menu which lists vegan options but the absolute highlight was the vegan chocolate calzone dessert. Definitely worth a visit.

Very popular eatery, so book. Prompt European style service, smiling and selling at the same time ( in a nice way). Generous and tasty pizza, and as per everyone else, the vegan Nutella calzone was sweet as.

I gave this restaurant a four because the vegan pizza was delicious. I appreciated they had vegan cheese on hand. My only complaint was that there were no vegan friendly protein options available (which I found to be lacking across the restaurants along the Esplanade). The server was friendly. It’s a small place with limited seating. If you don’t reserve a table early on in the evening, you’ll likely need to get take out.

The pizza was so delicious, wood fired with vegetables and vegan cheese on it, they were generous with the toppings and the cheese was amazing and actually melted, highly recommend.

Another good option in Palm Cove. The menu states which pizzas can be veganised with vegan cheese. Got the Ortolano pizza, bruschetta and the vegan dessert calzone which is filled with chocolate sauce and fruit. Yum!

Didn't hold back on the cheese at all! Resulted in the pizza being a little too salty. Still very tasty. I loved the setting of the restaurant more than anything. I would love to come back and sit inside in the fairy-tale taverna looking interior. It was extremely busy and so the service was slow. They also ran out of the vegan chocolate mousse (imagine! A vegan dessert option that isn't lemon sorbet). That was disappointing as it was not even 19:30. How do you run out of dessert before most patrons have even ordered dessert!?

We came here for dinner during our stay in Palm Cove in February 2020. The staff were enthusiastic about what could be made vegan on the menu, and the printed menus also showed clearly which pizzas were veganisable. Additionally the daily special (gnocchi) could also be made vegan. The pizzas we had (parma and ortolana) were great and very filling. The staff also spoke to us about how they are trying out making their own vegan cheeses at the moment to potentially replace the store-bought vegan cheese they are currently using. The space is lovely and open, looking out onto the beach, with the option to sit outside or inside the restaurant.
