A chef that can cook great vegan food! - Edit
We let the hotel know we are vegan and the chef suggested some options that turned out to be delicious. Beetroot hummus starter followed by Asian style rice (with a subtle chilli kick) with stewed beans and lentils. Great setting too overlooking the beach and with candlelit tables in a well air conditioned room. Highly recommended
