Top quality, delicious. I had the rava idli, which was fluffy and superb. And something I'd never had before, the podi uttapam--also very fluffy texture with a unique taste. It's going to be a regular every time I stop here...and to take on plane.
Read moreAlthough I'm now a vegan, I did not inquire about ghee in these items. They are not obviously ghee-y like upma and (my former favorite) dosas.
