We were looking for dessert and were very pleasantly surprised to find this place! Very friendly and lots of options. AND made fresh in front of you! We tried the biscoff and salty pretzel shakes.

Meh 🫤 I gave it 2 stars to be nice - Edit
I read my review and now I feel a little like a hater since so many others like this place. I’m writing my opinion, so try it for yourself if you’re interested.
Read moreI have two different thoughts about this place.
Ok Yes, the staff is friendly and showed me the dairy-free menu.
The kitschy, uber-fresh ice cream is made with liquid nitrogen in front of you, and yes, they have a build-your-own bar.
I wanted to stay safe and tried the non-dairy vanilla and Oreos, aka cookies and cream. I figured you couldn’t mess up vanilla and Oreos, right? I agree that the portions were decent and the space was clean.
Ok, so I’m assuming this is a chain you buy into, they give you stuff that you can then plop (this drab layout) anywhere, regardless of how awkward it ends up looking. The place feels like they got a used retail spot from 2000, put in some extra basic tables and chairs, threw in a couple giant liquid nitrogen tanks in eye shot for effect, added some display shelves they made from the discontinued section at Home Depot then put on some light blue paint from the discontinued section at Home Depot, then filled them with the most random stuff: Japanese cookies and hot flaming Cheetos. Oh, the super generic counter.
I don’t know if anyone here has had really good vegan ice cream but let me tell you good folks, there’s amazing vegan ice cream out here. Please don’t settle.
This ice cream reminds me of vegan cheese back in the day when there were barely any options and it tasted so ugh 😩 that I was suspicious brands might be the dairy industry in disguise trying to convince people to stay with regular chees… I digress, but you get the point.
The price alone turned me off before I tasted the ice cream, but I was hopeful that with all the theatrics, the ice cream would be amazing. Disappointed.
I took a couple bites and wasn’t feeling it. Then I tried to convince myself to try some again after I got home. Now I regret going there.
I ended up going to Whole Foods and buying some vegan ice cream that actually tasted good.
If you’re here for the experience, then cool. Definitely an interesting chemistry display magic show otherwise...
Dang folks, Just drive to Detroit or somewhere else and get good-tasting vegan ice cream.

Your opinions are so worthless and your taste buds must be made of a person that was born in 1455. God bless you i want to say so much more as an owner but you’re so disrespectful. I’ve been waiting months to respond and i can’t stop thinking of you💗you’re the only person to ever leave a nasty review like this and we’re a small business too.

Best Vegan Ice Cream - Edit
This is a super cute shop with great customer service and the frozen desserts are amazing. They serve both traditional and vegan options. The ice cream is freshly made right in front of you. Prices are quite reasonable too. Highly recommend.

We drive just about an hour to come here. Such a great variety and the owners are absolutely amazing. They are very conscious and informative about their gluten free as well as their vegan options. I get the vegan Biscoff shake every time, it’s to die for!

Very Vegan Friendly! - Edit
I’m always greeted with kindness. One of the workers is vegan, so that takes the edge off. You can tell they care about creating a lot of vegan options. If you’re missing your favorite vegan treat, like marshmallows, cereals, etc., then they got the vegan version of it. It’s all with a nitrogen twist, and the place looks beautiful. Very inviting!

Yummy vegan icecream with lots of choices - Edit
The owner was super friendly and showed us the separate dairy-free menu which is made fresh with liquid nitrogen in front of you. They have build-your-own bar and more elaborate options that are “instagram worthy” with cute presentation and seasonal flavors! We tried the matcha green tea with dairy free whipped cream which was excellent, s’mores with vegan toasted marshmallows (great touch although chocolate was a bit dark for me) and the mocha latte vegan which was also really tasty and I don’t even like coffee. Portions were generous, space was clean, I would highly recommend!

What an awesome spot!! - Edit
We accidentally went to the other location and couldn’t understand what the big deal was about this place. Then we went here. We get it now. Soooo many choices of flavors and toppings. The employees are super friendly, the ice cream and shakes are out of this world, and they even gave our pup some vegan whipped cream!!
