[Alliums Free Vegan] @ichigoichiecafe 一期一会, opened by @sakaesushisg , is a new co-working café in Katong area, offering Vegan Jap cuisines! Yay. More plant-based options for all of us! 🙌 The cafe are open for dine-in or you can buy hourly/ day/ monthly pass to work/study there with certain perks such as cuppa ☕️. You can be assured of the Jap food quality because they are under the big brand @sakaesushisg. We air fried the food the next day and everything still taste as good. I am surprised that the vegan cheese did not turn liquid after airfrying.

As they are actually part of Sakae Sushi, so no doubt they serve the perfect sushi rice, for me their sushi rice is well cooked and well seasoned with vinegar, sugar and salt. The highlight here is the vegan salmon, I was a fan of Sakae Sushi before I turn vegetarian and had eaten the real salmon sushi and sashimi, their vegan salmon tastes 90% similar to the real one, oishii, most recommended.
2. Avocado tempura nori shio
Nori is seaweed, shio is salt, their avocado tempura is well fried with seaweed salt, the texture of the avocado is perfect, as it's fully ripened and creamy, very filling and oishii, most recommended.
3. Fried tofu and tomato salad
The tofu is the kind of melt in the mouth tofu, the sauce is quite umami, the tomato salad is fresh and good, recommended.
Overall super satisfied with this vegan set 2, most recommended, they are open during CNY for take away and delivery.
