Fairly bland - Edit
All the ramen could be made vegan. I ordered the miso tofu ramen. It was OK but quite bland. They only take cash which caused a lot of bother. The staff seemed very unimpressed that I didn't have cash and weren't happy that I had to go and get some to pay, then just assumed that I would tip them by not giving me any change. I wouldn't return.

Ramen, udon, edamame, tofu and more. Food were excellent and correctly labelled as vegan. All is delicious and authentic. Is protein here! With the Edamame, tofu and soy sprouts 👌🏼😋

The ramen and also udon can be prepared with vegan broth. Large portions. Allergens are clearly labeled.

I used to go here a lot, especially for the side dishes! Their salads and gyoza are very tasty. The soups they have are also pretty good and filling.

There aren't many vegetarian restaurants in Bonn, so veggie-friendly places like this are very welcome. A few dishes are vegan, and several more can be on request.

okay for a ramen craving - Edit
While the food wasn't that super exciting, the waitress was really nice, telling us which soups definitely were and which were not vegan. That said, vegan choices are not that big, but you can get an okay vegan ramen there.

These Noodle Bar is not Vegan-Friendly. Just Salad. The most Food which could Vegan, is made at least with Fish-Sauce.
