Awful experience, not even vegetarian

When we came in and inquired about vegan options, they said "yes absolutely" and even informed their chefs, that vegan people were coming in. We were seated at the teppan counter, so we could see the cooking process and our okonomiyaki that we ordered was cooked directly next to eggs and meat, and the same utensils were used to cut them apart without cleaning them. Not so insignificant pieces of eggs and meat got into our own food. The staff did seem to know what veganism is as they brought and immediately took back a bottle of mayonnaise, saying "oh right, you can't eat eggs".
Eat at this restaurant if you don't mind eating animals I guess.
