Satisfies mac n cheese cravings - Edit
Had a very good experience here tonight, the server was extremely knowledgeable about the vegan offerings and let me know they were certified in food handling. I ordered the Vegan Delight Mac & Cheese Bowl and was told the cheese was coconut based and I reallly enjoyed it- which surprised me because I don't typically like coconut based plant based dairy. I will be happy to go back next time I have a craving and try the vegan grilled cheese! (I did notice the food is heated up in a pan but if they did dispose of it I didn't catch that!)

Went in to order and found on the menu VEGAN BOWL which contained Beyond Beef. Since I do not eat Frankenfood I did ask if that could be eliminated and I was told YES you need to order the VEGAN Build Your Own Bowl. So I ordered Vegan Mac n Cheese with Broccoli. They offered Gluten Free pasta but I said I wanted whichever was Vegan pasta. That seemed to confuse them as they were not sure if the regular pasta had eggs until they checked and it did NOT contain eggs so ordered regular. Then I was offered 3 different cheeses and a marinara sauce. I asked if ALL the cheese sauce was vegan and was told NO just then one. The I was offered Marinara sauce. I asked if it was vegan and they were not sure. Then I was asked, "what protein do you want?". I asked, "what protein do you offer for the vegan bowl?" I was told beef, chicken, or Beyond Beef. I asked if they were offering vegan chick and beef or???" I asked if they offered beans and was told THAT is not a protein and no we don't have that. I got my order to go and brought it home and it tasted very bland. I DID add Nutritional Yeast and that helped a great deal. They prepare your meal in an aluminum pan, heat it, throw away the aluminum pan, place your order in a plastic container. Tremendous amount of waste.

I recently tried the “vegan Mac and cheese with beyond beef” and I loved it! I used quinoa as the base instead of pasta and selected vegan Gouda cheese slices along with the vegan cheese sauce and veggies. It was so delicious and the serving size was plentiful, at least for me. I ate half and enjoyed the rest for lunch the following day. It held up very well and was just as tasty the next day.

I went when they first opened up. It was nice to see quite a few vegan options. I went ahead and ordered the Vegan Melt Grilled Cheese, and the Vegan Delight Mac & Cheese. The portions were very ample, as I shared these to try with my husband. He tends to be very picky about vegan cheese flavors. He actually really liked both of them. The Vegan Melt was amazing. The Mac was pretty good as well. It was a tad on the pricey side, but there was enough Mac left over for lunch the next day. I haven't been back yet, as we've been cutting down on eating out, but hopefully the service is a little quicker now that they've been open a little longer.

Ordered the plain mac and cheese and one with impossible crumbles. The crumbles were not that good and ran out of vegan cheese slices. The sauce itself was not good at all. Something did not taste right. Would not eat again unfortunately...

It sounds like you unfortunately went on a rare day where they were out of vegan cheese slices to melt on the mac and cheese. Personally I like the sauce but the melted cheese adds more cheesiness too. As for the crumbles, they are BeyondMeat beef crumbles. I thought they were good but I prefer their BeyondSausage since it's more substantial.

Vegan mac & cheese...yes, please - Edit
They have many options including 4 vegan options on their menu and a "build your own mac bowl" and "build your own grilled cheese". I thought their "vegan delight" mac bowl was delicious and filling. And the mac bowl was made quickly after I ordered it. I went back the next day and had the "vegan melt" grilled cheese which has a Beyond Burger patty. It takes much longer to make than a mac bowl because they cook the patty twice, but I enjoyed the food. For their mac bowls and grilled cheeses, they also have 2 vegan cheese options: cheddar or gouda. I'd recommend visiting.
