Tasty vegan options

They are reasonably priced. Ordered the tofu Bahn mi with no mayo and the sunset tea (peach tea with raspberries and mango). I'll definitely be back to try the pho and noodles plate.

Nice bowl of noodles, ask for no MSG

Ordered: Tofu Pho

Vegan broth for the pho is nice, good amount of noodles and tofu. The bean sprouts and broccoli added good crunch for texture variety. The chili peppers were not very spicy, but I think that probably varies on the pepper, there was SriRacha in the table if I wanted to make it spicier.
It was a nice meal post hike.

They forgot to make a Banh Mi for my mother, so I had already eaten and written my review and we still waited a good while longer to get her food, maybe 30 minutes, they offered a refund but my Mom was hungry so we waited and they gave me a free iced tea. Also 99% sure there is MSG in the food as my body started getting an MSG high a while after eating, so I guess ask to have no MSG when you order.

Great Vegan Options

I have gotten the pho and the tofu bahn mi sandwiches and love the bahn mi (ask for no mayo if vegan). The pho isn’t the best but is alright. I also love their boba teas (the bad and boujetea) which is pretty good but can be overly sweet if you don’t ask for less syrup

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Good price, Big portions

Cons: Not always the best quality

Large portions- small price tag

We stumbled upon this place and walked in to see if they had vegan options and right there at the entrance were the glorious words we love to see “Vegan options”. Under small bites, we tried the vegetastically roll’d (spring rolls) and they were some of the best spring rolls we had in a long time! Looks like they also have garlic tofu which would be vegan. We did the tofu pho (don’t need to make any edits- it’s already vegan) and it was a GIANT bowl of it. Seriously so much food for the low price tag. They have hoisin sauce and hot sauce on the tables, definitely needs to be jazzed up a bit in flavor. We also tried the oodles of noodles with tofu and ask for no egg rolls and replace the fish sauce with soy sauce. It was pretty good, but the pho was way better. You can also get the tofu-liscious banh mi sandwich, without mayo/ aioli. We didn’t try it, but they said it could be made vegan. Overall we would definitely come back.

Pros: A few vegan options , Very inexpensive, Large portions
