Spoilt for choice with an extensive vegan menu. Food served in good time and was delicious. Really enjoyed my smoothie. Definitely go back.

Excellent lunch - Edit
We have had lunch here a few times. The choice is very good, plenty of vegan options from breakfasts through burgers and sandwiches to Dahl. The Big One is an excellent full breakfast, one of the best vegan breakfasts around. They are also very good with their COVID rules which makes you feel safe.

Rocky road rules. - Edit
Came to have a brunch before catching ferry.
Read moreOn first sight I was sure I’m getting pastrami sandwich and my companion BLT. Both were nice, served with side salad. I’d say they were bit too dry, could do with more sauce or the pastrami perhaps with sauerkraut or so.
Great coffe, good tea.
We took cakes to have later with us. Pumpkin loaf was good, baked one by one so it’s miniature loaf instead of slice I found it super cute:) and the Ricky road! Delicious. One of the best I’ve ever had, nice full chocolate flavour cut through by the sour-ish dried raspberries, not over sweeted.
For all we payed £25 which is not bad. I’d be back if I’m in Portsmouth.
Hope to see them next time going fully vegan.

Pricey but yummy!!! - Edit
I had the vegan breakfast bagel and coffee as takeaway from here, so yummy and very filling, but cost £9.50! Definitely worth as a treat every now and then😁

Love it - Edit
This place is cosy; and reminded me of cafes in Australia.. cute af! The food selection is great, majority of the menu is vegan.. and the matcha latte is unreal. I’ve been struggling to find a decent matcha since returning from Oz and this place has now found a returning customer. I had the nutty breakfast, amazing!

Delicious! - Edit
We decided to try this place for lunch after our original choice of restaurant was unexpectedly closed, and we were very pleasantly surprised! Quick service and delicious food - highlights included the brunch burrito and the cinnamon bun. Unfortunately the restaurant still serves cheese/eggs but most dishes could be made vegan. We will be returning for sure :)

Amazing Vegan Brunch in Southsea - Edit
Had the big breakfast, which was (as the name suggests) very big. Really good though. Family tried the burger and burrito and loved them both. Coffee with oat milk was excellent. Decaf coffee wasn't great but that was our only gripe. 100% recommend for delicious vegan food in Southsea!

Hunter gatherer is all vegetarian with A LOT of vegan options. Service is always friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere in there. The lunch menu looks great - haven’t sampled enough of it yet but a lot of it appeals!
