Okay, wow. Judging by the photos on this listing, Hunky Dory really put out for vegans when they first opened. A lot has changed! Now the main options are a lentil burger and vegan fish. Love that they fry Gardein. Don’t love that they charge $12 for 2 tiny pieces - think fish “bites” not fillets. They have a couple of vegan salads, spring rolls, and their spud cakes are a sure bet - crunchy batter encasing a tender slice of potato. They’re really generous with their serves of chips too. They have branches in a number of locations with limited vegan options, e.g. Bendigo and Broadmeadows, which is handy. Don’t know if I’d go back to this branch in MoPo when there are a bunch of better options nearby.
