My favorite food truck!!! - Edit
So happy to have this on the Eastside. The folks working are always so nice and I love the carrot lox! They also have the best breakfast sandwiches and pesto grilled cheese. Best vegan comfort food around.

Lots of Impossible patty options like breakfast sandwiches on bagels & burgers. I really liked the pesto aioli fries! I absolutely love lox bagels and will be back another morning to try the carrot lox!

Best Burgers! - Edit
These burgers are so good! We ordered Frank’s Burger and the Bedda Chedda and they were both amazing, definitely my new favorite local burger place. Love that everything was vegan and it all looks really good but wish there were some burger options that didn’t include the vegan cheese/impossible patty combo. Wasn’t the best place to stop and eat but we took it home and it travelled well. Will definitely be back to try everything they have!

The food was great! My son had a burger and I got loaded fries. There was no seating, but there’s plenty of local parks. Parking lot was pretty small. I hope they eventually get a nice brick and mortar place. If you’re in the area, it’s a great all vegan spot for grub!
