Didn’t have the vegan burger (on the menu, but didn’t have it) - only had vegan spring roll but didn’t feel very great after eating it :(

So nice to find vegan options in such a small town! There was a vegan pizza, a vegan burger and even vegan prawns! I chose the prawn and chip pack and it was amazing!!! Seasoned and cooked perfectly! Just as i remember prawns tasting. You have to ask as they arent listed on the menu (due to some mixed feedback and the owners feeling deflated ) however, i definitely reccomend :)

They did not have the vegan pattie but they had vegan shrimps which were fried from frozen and served with a slice of lemon and the saltiest fries I've ever had in my life. I love salt but this was too much even for my taste buds. The shrimps were rubber-like and fishy, could have used some garlic, seasoning, anything really. 12 dollars for 5 shrimps and inedible fries. Tomato sauce 2 dollars.

So many vegan options (vegan burgers, vegan pizza, vegan chicken, vegan prawns!). Owners are lovely and please ask them about all the vegan options as they’re not all displayed! Such a good meal after the cathedral cove walk!

Great vegan fast food option near the beach - Edit
Surprised when the owner said he his son was vegan and he told me he had two vegan burger options, spicy and not spicy, including non-dairy, vegan cheese. The sandwich was delightful and the fries were also really good. Was glad I stopped by and asked. You won't regret it.

Surpringly decent vegan lunch! - Edit
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but this turned out to be a great vegan lunch while we were in the area on the way to Cathedral Cove. The vegan burger was actually more of a sandwich. The patty part tasted great and it came loaded with fresh vegetables, so that’s a plus! A bit pricey, but I’d eat here again if ever in the area. Staff weren't the friendliest.

It was a great stop during our trip. We ordered vegan burger in pita roll which, for us was even better, than regular one and chips. The owners were really nice and they offered us some vegan chicken to try for free.

I went to two other local takeaway shops and found they were very unaccommodating to vegans so I was highly disappointed. We decided to look at hungri hunter as a last resort, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a vegan burger on the menu! I wouldn't say it was the absolute best burger I have ever had, but I was so glad for the option when I had almost concluded there was going to be nothing for us, and it was really very decent. If you're heading for a trip to cathedral cove and worried about a lack of vegan food then you don't have to worry anymore! They also appeared to have salad in their cabinet for those wanting something healthier
