Disappointing

Only have a very few vegan options. When we asked about substituting tofu for some other menu options, waiter said that was not a good idea because the tofu would be soggy. A lot of other Chinese restaurants do a great job making fried tofu substitutes.

Pros: Vegan spring rolls

Cons: Not willing to substitute, Very few vegan options

Must request vegan

Five stars for Excellent food and service, but my understanding is the vegetable entries are not vegetarian unless you request it Be sure they understand no chicken, meat, or fish in the dishes
I have enjoyed their takeout for many holidays
( this replaces my recent review . When ownership changed, they could not enter orders for vegan dishes anymore so I gave them 1 star They now have a new computer system that allows vegan exceptions to the chicken broth standard dishes)

Pros: Quality food, Friendly staff , Fast

Cons: Vegetable and tofu dishes may not be vegan
