Quick and close to highway - Edit
Wide variety of vegan options at fast casual restaurant. The sumac onions and signature turnips were highlights. Right off the highway and clean bathrooms.

it’s incredibly well thought out, and the owners (brothers) are very humble and lovely. the hummus is fantastic. they added cauliflower as a standalone side, and you can also use it as your protein. their fries and mint sweet tea are unexpected but delicious.

I am happy to give a great review. I would have given it five stars, but it is only for full vegan restaurants. My son and I enjoyed our meal very much. I ordered the falafel bowl, and they were crisp and flavorful. The hummus was smooth with the right amount of lemon. (I wish I could make mine taste this good). They offered many sides to add to the bowl, and everything was fresh. I loved the vegan babaganoush, and the tahini was delicious.
Read moreThe people who worked there were really friendly and gave us a vegan dessert with Carmel dipping sauce that was yummy! It is great to have a new choice with pure ingredients. The place is immaculate, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this spot!

Delicious fast-casual Middle Eastern vegan options! - Edit
Was visiting from out of town and found Hummus Bay. Had the cauliflower bowl with pita chips— it was incredible. (The pita chips are fried, but soft and fluffy—seriously amazing.) The staff were friendly and vegan options were easy to identify. Highly recommend!
