Qualität auf hohem Niveau - Edit
Gute Auswahl an veganen Gerichten, wobei man sich überlegen könnte, noch einen veganen Burger o.Ä. anzubieten. Herausragender Service mit nettem und aufmerksamen Personal. Geschmacklich und qualitativ war das Essen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Schönes Ambiente.

Good brunch - Edit
Been there for brunch twice. They have four vegan options -three marked, and the avocado bread can be made vegan as well.

The menu is a bit confusing, some dishes would be vegan if not for the bread (the bagel dough is with milk and eggs). There's also some non vegan dish served with marked vegan ice cream which I found confusing. They could adapt those options to include more vegan dishes.

Nice relaxed place with good options - Edit
Several vegan options, including bagels and bowls for breakfast. They also have oatmilk for coffee. Very relaxed outdoors seating and the waiters were very attentive.

Modern, cozy and well designed organic Austrian restaurant in the old town of Salzburg. Several Vegetarian options with menu labelled as appropriate. Friendly staff who are willing to help. Booking recommend.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, very good food: we had a bowl with hummus/nuts/vegetables and the vegan lunch dish (Spagetti with soy and vegetable Bolognese) and also vegan icecream and coffee with oatmilk; dogs are welcome

Good food - Edit
We took a late lunch at Humboldt. The place is nice, the staff is helpful and they have some vegan options. We had the soup of the day (carrot and coconut cream soup) and vegan chilli sin carne. Both dishes were great.

Fresh Bowl on a Rainy Terrace - Edit
The atmosphere and excellent service at Humboldt make this a worthwhile stop in itself. I had the vegan version of the Humboldt house salad and was happily surprised by how flavorful and fresh it was. It was a rainy day but the terrace has huge umbrellas where one can enjoy the fountain in the small square and marvel at the buildings built into the cliffs.

Worth try - Edit
Tasty food, maybe a bit overpriced because of the “bio” sign, but really good quality. I had the burger and the patty was tasty, good texture and felt full after the meal. Recommend it 🙂
