Avoid it - Edit
Everything is shared when prepping the food. They use the same cooking tools to go around and stir up everyone's food. It's a cross contamination nightmare. We both felt instantly sick after eating there. The sauces are also not labeled vegan. Online we saw many had animal products

So many choices! - Edit
There are oodles of veggies to choose from! All you can eat, self serve, and watch them cook it. They went above and beyond to clean a section of the rotating grill for my daughter who is allergic to soy, and didn’t use that spot again until they were sure she was done. Also they brought out new, unused sauces for her to use to avoid the possible cross contamination of self serve sauces. You do have to be aware of what kind of noodles you are using, some are egg noodles.

Veg-Friendly Do-It-Yourself Stir Fry - Edit
Most Mongolian BBQ places offer a handful of sad vegetables and some noodles. HuHot has a much wider selection -- all the usual suspects, plus mango, potato, edamame, and more -- plus three types of noodles and tofu. If you ask, the grilling staff will water clean the grill before cooking your vegetarian portion and use clean dedicated utensils to cook with.

Make-it-yourself Mongolian - Edit
Really fun restaurant for vegans and omnis alike. They have the biggest selection of noodles, veggies, veg proteins, and sauces of any grill-type restaurant that I have seen. You can make some really delicious stuff. And, if you're not confident in making something new, they have recipe cards that you can follow.
Read moreI really like going here with a group of people or for work lunches. Everyone can find something they like and you walk away stuffed.
They mark their vegetarian and shellfish-free sauces as well as which ones are gluten free.
If you have allergies or are really turned off by the idea of your food touching other people's they can give you a special bowl and when you go up to the grill they will thoroughly clean a spot for you and block it off from the other dishes. Just tell them you have allergies and need an allergy bowl.
Pros: Huge selection of ingredients, Great for veg*ns and omnis alike, Very accommodating
Cons: Ingredients get mixed up sometimes, No vegan desserts
