Serves rice, noodles, soups, spring rolls, spaghetti and others, many of which are vegan. Recommended to try the pad Thai and the com chien xa xiu. Very peaceful interior. Open Mon-Sun 6:30am-10:00pm.

Huệ Quang Chay in Q3 is a really nice local restaurant. Almost vegan. They use dairy and eggs. So be careful with your ordering.
