My first Mofongo! - Edit
I tried the Surf & Turf mofongo bowl. I didn’t know what mofongo was until after I ordered this and did some googling. I had ordered just based off how delicious it looked when other people ordered! I love plantains and was so pleasantly surprised that the bowl was made from them. This was awesome!

Impressive w/ a Great Message - Edit
I haven’t had much Puerto Rican food, but I’m so glad that I found this plant-based pop up. I love that they bring a different spin to vegan food and they do it SO WELL. I can’t emphasize enough that you should try them when you find them. Great food. Great experience. Great message on representation. What a wonderful kitchen that you should support if you find them :)
