Genau so sollten es die traditionell deutschen Küchen machen - keine Ersatzprodukte, keine Experimente und einfache regionale Zutaten verwenden, welche sowieso vorhanden sind. So bleibt es authentisch und lecker.

Lovely restaurant with delicious vegan options :-) - Edit
They have good vegan options well declared on their menue. All is prepared so lovely. Starters, mains and desserts as well. It’s a nice and comfy german restaurant and the staff is so friendly.
