Breakfast without compromise - Edit

Breakfast at the Gaml Stan allows vegans to feel like they are getting as much value for money as non vegans! There are the usual fruit platters, jams etc on the buffet, along with a chia blueberry pudding and a biscotti mousse both of which are clearly labelled vegan. But after you’ve had your fill of those, find one of the members of stall and ask about the vegan menu. We were shown a list and able to choose, or have everything! Vegan sausages, Swedish meatballs, cheese, and pancakes! So often you feel like a second class citizen, but this gave us the same options as everyone else! The food is cooked to your order and brought to your table. No fear of cross contamination on the buffet and a few envious looks as we were served! What a wonderful start to the day!
