sustainable vegan options - Edit
There are several vegan options for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality vegan butter in one piece (not the usual individually wrapped cheap margarine). Overall, the hotel seems to value sustainability and regionality. There are also a few vegan dishes at a high gourmet level for dinner.
