Meh - Edit
They offer 2 veggie patties, the mushroom cauliflower and the nutty patty. The fries are always delicious. Unfortunately all of their buns aren't vegan. In addition to this the service is horrid. ALWAYS. We usually sit at the bar, hoping to get better service but it never happens. Ever. If you want to give it a try, I recommend having an early dinner (4pmish) or late dinner. This place gets packed and there's usually an hour wait and its tiny.

Just no - Edit
The texture of the vegan burger here is horrible. It’s way too soft and just feels like you’re biting into bread with some kind of paste in the middle. It immediately just squishes as soon as you bite it. The fries here are great though. I’ve tried eating this burger at two different Hops locations as well and it’s the same everywhere.

Check about the bread. - Edit
Ages ago Hops didn't have Vegan bread, then their pretzel roll was vegan, and it was great. Recently I've found out due to shortages they had to switch to a different pretzel roll and the bread which is not vegan. So double check about the bread options. Hopefully it doesn't become a permanent switch.

Got confirmation from one of the staff that I trust that the pretzel buns are vegan again.

Okay burger - Edit
The burger was okay. Texture was way off for me. The patty just kind of squishes once you take a bite but the flavor made up for it!

So yummy! - Edit
Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Shared the fried cauliflower (Asian sauces were amazing ) and then I had a nut-patty with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and avocado on a brioche bun (no butter) paired with sweet potato fries. The server was very helpful in telling me what they omit to make things vegan (no Parmesan on cauliflower etc). I wish I could give it more stars!

Vegan Nut Patty burger - Edit
I really enjoyed the nut patty option ( $1.50) they offered. It consisted of black beans, seeds, & nuts. One of two vegan patty options the other being a mushroom cauliflower patty ( $1.50). I chose the nut patty based on the waitress recommendation and it was delicious! I built my own burger by telling her what I wanted on it instead of just subbing out my patty for a preset burger. I got it bun-less which I was hoping it would be more of a lettuce wrap versus just putting a thin piece on the top & bottom but either way it was so good.

Yummy! - Edit
Went here with friends for a late night bite to eat! I had the nutty patty and it was quite good! FYI, the pretzel roll is vegan. Really good option if you're in Greensboro! ☺️

Hops Burgers was a nice stop on our trip. - Edit
A little disappointed that the sweet potato pattie had been discontinued. Did find out that the nutty pattie is a mix of seeds and black beans. Nice bar with great looking food for meat eaters and vegans alike.

10 STARS! - Edit
I tried to give this place 5 stars but the app wouldn't allow it since it's labeled as "non-vegetarian". The label is WRONG, this place caters to EVERYONE. I'm vegan and had the 8 oz. cauliflower veggie burger. It was BOSS. I can't believe it took me so long to try this place but it's now one of my favorites. Don't think about it, if you have the chance to go JUST GO!

Cauliflower Mushroom Burger - Edit
Delicious vegetarian options. Probably would substitute the goat cheese for fried green tomatoes next time, but love the goat cheese.

Hops Burger Bar offers two veggie patties that are vegan, but I was just informed by the staff that all of their buns have egg.
