Excellent food and service - Edit

This place had a few different options that could be made vegan, which was super nice because I don’t come across many Mexican restaurants with vegan options. I had the tofu burrito with the vegan crema and vegan cheese, and it was very flavorful. The owner was very friendly too; he came out and talked to us for a while. I would give this place 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me.

We appreciate that there are viable options for the vegans but it is not clearly labeled on the menu that you up charge for the vegan cheese and crema($3 per item). The portions were very very small(like very very small) and the prices were very very high. We had to pay extra for the chips which did not taste or seem like they were made in house. Lime was a very overpowering flavor in the guacamole and salsa as well as the tofu bowl. I think this place is more a bar then a go and eat dinner kinda joint. We had the Tofu street corn bowl, tofu fun size burrito ( more like a taco) and the vegan chorizo burrito with chips salsa and guacamole. I won’t be going back. The owner was super nice and welcoming.

Overpriced and bland - Edit

While they do have a vegan menu with a few offerings, the food is crazy over-priced for the quality you’re actually getting. We had a small plate of nachos with a tablespoon of beans and tomatoes for $14. Tasted like it was made in the microwave- definitely could make way better food at home. The people I went with who are not vegan were also unhappy with their food.

Cons: Stingy on portions , Over priced
