lovely restaurant - Edit
I went here today for lunch, we had made reservations the day before but it didn't seem to be necessary because the place was very calm at 12:30. Food was very good - definitely get the chickpea burger and the moelleux au chocolat for desert (I hadn't eaten this typical french cake in so long and this one was everything I could have wanted) The waitress was so lovely, and the decoration really nice as well :)

Burger top, vin excellent, dessert magique! Bon service, jolie déco, bien situé dans le marais. La lasagne était moyenne... les maki très bons, mais pas à l'hauteur du Burger..

I've had some kind of a bowl with chickpeas, quinoa, salad, zucchini & carrot spaghetti (all cold), with garlic rosted potatos (which were warm), and I have to say that I'm really not impressed. It's ok, but by all means - nothing special.

HOPE is a very nice place offering a fine cuisine of fresh and seasonal products. I lkie the concept and the atmosphere. I took the entire meal, from starter to dessert. I really enjoyed every dish: a lentil dahl (not the best I had, but very good), a burger with an amazing mayo and nice flavours and a chocolate cake with a pistacchio cream and red fruit coulis. The atmosphere is calm, the place is pleasant and the staff is very pro. I found the whole experience a little pricey but I guess it's difficult to offer quality food at small price in Paris. Well, anyone in the area should try this place!

I loved everything about this place. Beautiful dining room with lots of natural light, understated but elegant decor, friendly service and very good food.

We were lucky to visit the restaurant on their summer menu opening night. For €20 we had a small selection of their starters, a yummy burger and a selection of their desserts. The food looked lovely and tasted amazing : Fine cuisine made vegan! They even gave us a small plant to take home as we were part of their 30 first clients of the night. The restaurant is small with modern and tasteful design. It might be a good idea to book a table as it was nealy full when we arrived. Very good value for money and my new favorite vegan place for when I visit France.

We visited on a Thursday evening and the place was full. There seemed to be only one waitress who did an amazing job of keeping on top of things and providing a great service to everyone. We had the bowl of hope which was beautiful, really tasty and filling. The menu is simple and has 3-4 choices for each course but enough variety that there should be something for everyone

This place is definitely worth visiting! All vegan, lots of choice, creative meals (we had the chickpea burger and bowl of hope). From outside it looks small but it is possible to sit upstairs. There is a very nice ambiance and friendly staff (who speak perfect English).

Super accueil et service tout au long du repas.Nous avons testé en entrée les tempuras, en plat le "bowl of hope" et en dessert moelleuux au choc (plutot fondant) et le biscuit coco.Nous aurions voulu goûter plus de plats mais nous n'étions que deux... on reviendra pour le Burger et le reste!
