Finally a vegan breakfast option in Salem

We decided to give this place a go after seeing they offer vegan breakfast options. These aren't the sad excuses of avocado toast or side of fruit. My wife got the chorizo veggie scramble (made with tofu) and I got the vegan French toast. Both were delicious and filling. The only negative is the up charge for oat milk for coffee and the French toast didn't come with any sides, so there was no option to add a protein. The scramble came with a potato and toast side, and both meals came with vegan butter. Score!

Their vegan menu is only listed on their specials wall, so don't expect to find the vegan options on their printed menu. The options do change occasionally, so you may not know ahead of time what they offer but the offerings we experienced were worth coming in!
