Honestly just okay - Edit
12/2/2023, Dinner. Food was good but not great. Service was a bit slow and inattentive. Menu indicates vegan on many options that are not vegan, so be very clear with the server and confirm that what you want can actually be made vegan. Our server went to the kitchen to check with the cook after we clarified. Also, the bill input system makes a mistake with charging, and it automatically charges $1 to "make it vegan," although they aren't adding anything as a non-dairy replacement. Make sure you catch this!
Read moreWe ordered the dry gobi manchurian as an app, which was quite tasty.
We ordered different dosas for our mains, and I would classify as good, not great (I am South Indian, so my standards are high). Sambar was too spicy and not enjoyable and felt overcooked, and chutneys were just okay.
Vibe was cafeteria-like, with trashy bollywood music videos playing quietly in the background 😂 entertaining.

Fantastic Dosas and more - Edit
Mysore Masala Dosa was spicy but not *too* spicy. Completely delicous. They're a bit slow, but it's because they're making everything from scratch.
Read moreThis hidden gem is across the street from a huge shopping strip with a Dick's sporting goods store, a Regal movie theater, and more.
Vegan options are labelled. But if you are vegan or dairy-free, be sure to let them know, to be on the safe side. A LOT of the menu is also gluten-free. GF items are not marked on the menu, but ask and they'll help you figure it out.
Pros: Soooo many vegan + GF options, Great location by Regal movie theater, Very affordable prices
Cons: Not organic as far as I know

Delicious fresh Indian food! - Edit
Excellent Indian restaurant. Food was so fresh and light, not too oily (which we find to be an issue at many Indian restaurants). The Samosa Chaat was amazing! Let them know you are vegan when you arrive- makes it easier for them when you are ordering. Highly recommended.
