Holy Tofu! - Edit
Happy to see tofu listed under the protein options for their Poke Bowl and Ramen Bowl. I got the Poke Bowl with fried tofu, quinoa and cucumber/wasabi sauce. It was very tasty and filling. My husband got the Ramen Bowl with fried tofu which he said was good.
