Fun place, great food

Visited by myself and had a lovely chat with the staff. A few days later, I brought my colleagues to enjoy the vibe and the food (where I could also eat) and they loved it!
We shared a few dishes and drinks. The food was fresh and tasty.
Confirmed the churros were vegan and we enjoyed sharing those too.
Nice place to sit and people watch also. The staff recognised me too on my revisit and gave us all mexican hats as props for photos! Lots of fun.

Good

Satisfying and tasty burrito and taco. Also the tortilla with guacamole and red salsa were very nice. A bit overpriced and no vegan dessert as they said churros are made with butter

Nothing actually vegan

They had V and VE marked on menu with items stating cheese and sour cream but when we asked they said oh no there's no vegan cheese or vegan sour cream.
So beware.
Unless you want to eat overpriced corn chips and salsa
We paid 75 ringgit equivalent to $25 AUD for 3 beers and a tiny salsa with corn chips

I think they must have got the message here. I checked with them about the ingredients and they seemed to get it.

expensive and lacks taste

a couple of options mostly using mushrooms, some things seemed to be labelled wrong on the menu as it was confused what was vegetarian and what was vegan but they understand if you want something made vegan. had the tacos which were okay but not very flavoursome maybe something else would have been tastier but wasn’t very impressed with the taste. also expensive for what we go we spent less at supe vegan which is 100x times better and we got way more food.

Excellent

I had dinner here on my first night in Penang. The vibes were immaculate- I sat outside under a string of fairy lights and enjoyed people watching. I had mango margaritas and ordered the Mex Bim Bap salad and a portion of fries. Food was really tasty, service was efficient. Would definitely recommend for a night out in a place that has great character.

Refresh your palette with flavours of Mexico!

The veg burrito is amazing!! A couple of tasty vegan options on the menu and will be a saviour for those who are craving an alternative cuisine. Has a great vibe with UV decor on the walls and lively music.
Beware that it is a bit pricey for Malaysia, especially the drinks and add-ons (to add sour cream it is 6rm!).

Pros: Really tasty meals, Worth it if you have a craving, Amazing atmosphere

Cons: Expensive, Guacamole and sour cream are pricey add-ons

SOOO DELICIOUS and tasty

We came here and wanted to try something different from Chinese or Indian food. Place was not busy. Nice environment. Had the pumpkin mushroom burrito and my girlfriend had the mushrooms fajitas. We will definitely return.

Pros: SOO TASTY, Good amount of vegan options., Good chill environment

Cons: To expensive for Malaysia., Chips and salsa should be free, No free parking unless you pay 3RM per hour

Like Mexican? Just go

Not many options in Malaysia for this, pretty good considering that it’s not authentic.

Great Veggie Options If You Like Mushrooms

One veggie option in each category of the Mexican menu, however ALL except one are mushroom based. If you don’t like mushrooms, like me, there is only one veggie friendly menu item, spiced pumpkin tacos. That said they were delicious, order 3 if your hungry (8MYR each). ‘Happy hour’ (until 11pm) cocktails frozen flavoured margaritas and dacquiris around 11MYR. If you’ve been in Asia for a while this place is great to shake up the food option.

Pretty good!

Decent mex food especially if you haven’t had it in awhile, like myself. A little pricey but they have really good guacamole as well as a vegan burrito and vegan tacos, both of which I’ve had. Not a ton of options but enough :)

Tasty alternative to Indian!

Bored of Indian we went here for lunch. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Good was really enjoyable. Lots of veggie options, one standard vegan option but many things could easily become vegan.

Pros: Location is central , Friendly staff, Tasty food

Cons: More expensive than other local places , Still less than 20€ for 2 people including drinks

Good vegetarian choice

We both enjoy Mexican food and decided to have a late lunch here (15:30). The waiter was very friendly and helpful directing us to the vegetarian and vegan options straight away.

We started with a bowl of nachos which came with salsa and we added a side of guacamole.
My mushroom fajitas came with sour cream which I currently can’t eat, but it didn’t matter as the sauces all came in side bowls and he informed me of this in advance. My husband had the vegan burrito. It was tasty if slightly sweet - depends on your palate. We asked for spicy and would say that it was mild to medium.

One soft drink and small bottle of water later our bill came to 92RM including service charge. We would definitely return if in the area.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options, Friendly fun atmosphere with good music , Good drinks selection

Good if you're craving Mexican food

Ended up here for a change of pace from all the vegetarian buffets. They have a couple labeled vegan things on the menu. Maybe confirm with the staff that you want it no cheese even though cheese is not listed because it's under a section where it says everything comes with cheese (I think just a menu organization mess up). Chips are fresh and good and the guac portions nice.

Good food

I've been eating the only vegan option that they have. Was very tasty and big portion.

Cons: A little bit pricey in comparation with other , Vegan places around George Town.
